Meet The Owner, Letie Belay

Letie Belay, founder of Hope Living Adult Family Home, is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with more than 22 years of experience providing hands-on care. Her career has spanned long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living communities, adult family homes, and hospice care. Along the way, she has supported individuals living with dementia, developmental disabilities, and mental health conditions, always with steady compassion and professionalism.

 

What makes Letie’s care unique is the heart behind it. She believes every person deserves dignity, respect, and kindness, and she carries that belief into daily life at Hope Living AFH. For Letie, caregiving is not simply a career — it is a lifelong calling and a reflection of her deepest values.
