Meet The Owner, Letie Belay

Letie Belay, founder of Hope Living AFH, is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over 22 years of hands-on experience in adult care. Her background includes working in long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living communities, adult family homes, and hospice care. Letie has spent her career supporting individuals living with dementia, developmental disabilities, and mental health conditions — always with deep compassion and professionalism.

Her approach to care is rooted in empathy, respect, and a true love for what she does. Letie believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness, and she brings that belief into every aspect of daily life at Hope Living AFH. For Letie, caregiving is more than a profession — it’s a lifelong calling.
