How payment typically works
Needs-based, not “menu pricing”
- Care and payment are based on an individualized assessment and required supports
- We accept Medicaid under disclosed conditions (including a private-pay period and advance notice for conversion, when applicable)
- In some situations, Medicaid may be accepted at admission based on availability and the resident’s assessed rate
- We’ll clearly explain what is included, what is optional, and any resident-responsible costs before move-in
Nurse Delegation & Skilled Needs: When nursing delegation is required, services are coordinated according to Washington requirements. If an outside delegated nursing service is needed, it may be arranged with an appropriate provider, and any resident-responsible costs are disclosed in advance.
Vacancies change quickly: Call or message to confirm current openings (private vs. shared) and whether we can safely meet the prospective resident’s needs.
